What does EmpowerWay do?
EmpowerWay is a UAE company that works in four areas: corporate and professional training (Academy), events and conferences, creative and brand work, and business advisory. The focus is healthcare, pharmacy, retail and professional development.
Where is EmpowerWay based?
EmpowerWay is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with organizations and professionals in Dubai and across the UAE.
Do you offer training for pharmacy teams?
Yes. The Academy runs practical programs for front-line retail and pharmacy teams, including Retail Excellence, obesity management and diabetes support training, as well as leadership and soft-skills programs built around your team and goals.
Are there online courses for pharmacists?
Yes. Practical video courses for pharmacists in the UAE are taught in Arabic on our learning platform, EmpowerMinds: the OTC Guide in Pharmacy Practice, the Insurance Guide in Pharmacy Practice and Excel Skills for Pharmacy Business. You learn at your own pace.
Can EmpowerWay organize a conference or healthcare event?
Yes. We organize and manage events from concept to the last guest out the door: conferences, summits and forums, conventions and trade shows, and sponsorship and partnerships. Our Conference 360 service covers concept and agenda, speaker and sponsor coordination and full execution.
How do I register for an EmpowerWay event?
Open the event on the Events page and choose Register now. You sign in with Google, LinkedIn or your email, answer a few questions and receive a confirmation by email. Some events review each application before confirming a seat.
What creative and brand services do you offer?
Branding (strategy, identity systems and guidelines), advertising (campaign concepts, media and creative production), marketing management and digital content such as social media, video and branded content.
What kind of business advisory do you provide?
Management consultancy, commercial and operational advisory for retail and pharmacy (from shelf to KPI), e-commerce set-up and growth, and general trading. Work starts with a business diagnostic and ends with an action roadmap and KPI reviews.
